Congratulations to our Cardinals April Students of the Month, eighth grader Bodie Winter and senior Aaron Blumhagen! The theme of the month was Lifelong Learner. These boys display a growth mindset and are curious to know more in school and real-life applications.
The National Guard and McLean County Sheriff's Office performed a training drill yesterday using our practice football field. Students were able to watch two black hawks and one helicopter land. It was a very exciting experiences for our students!
Region 8 Baseball Tournament @ Washburn
Awesome hands-on learning opportunities happened today for our 8th graders at the T4 event in Bismarck! Students went to 6 different sessions to learn about careers in engineering, electricity and wiring, mining, and manufacturing!
The third grade classes went to the Garrison Dam National Fish Hatchery and the Wildlife Refuge for their field trip today.
McLean County Sheriff Department will be doing training with the National Guard at noon today, which requires helicopters landing and law enforcement on school grounds. Do not be alarmed as this is a drill.
