First Graders Recite Their Poetry
Mrs. Jaeger and Mrs. Frigon presented their annual poetry recital of the first graders who share two poems each in front of their audience. Good Stuff!

Congratulations to the Washburn Speech team for their outstanding performances at Saturday's state class B tournament. Christine Yunker placed 7th in Speech to Entertain and Alexis Duke received a Superior medal in Serious Prose. Matthew Olsen and Christine Yunker made the CSTAND All State team! We are so very proud of the whole team and it was an outstanding year to be a cardinal!!

Congratulations to Monica and Quinton for qualifying for State at the CMC Invite today in Underwood! Monica jumped 34'5" in the triple jump to break her own school record and Quinton jumped 20'9.5" in the long jump! Great job Roughriders!
