Congratulations to the Washburn-Wilton speech team for their terrific results at the Harvey-Wells County Invitation meet held today! There were 21 schools competing and we only had a partial team competing today.

Students in grades 7–11 recently discussed course options for preparation of the 2026–2027 school year. In the coming weeks, students will also meet to further select their schedules and plan for their future goals. We encourage parents and guardians to take time to visit with their child about their course selections and plans for next year and beyond. All-State Band/Choir kicks off today! See Amelia and Christine perform this Saturday, March 28 at the Bismarck Civic Center 3:30pm with some of the best musicians in the state of North Dakota!

BSC will be coming for a student-parent meeting to talk about all of your dual credit options for next year. This is for current 9th-11th graders interests in taking a couple of classes or even pursuing the new Associates degree option we have laid out for Washburn students. Come join us in the cafeteria March 31st from 5-6pm to learn about the program and apply for admission.

Terrence Talley, a motivational speaker, will be coming to talk to students 5-12 on April 9th. Topics will include bullying, character building, and life-changing choices.
